  • All prices on www.huallpajoyeros.com do not include 18% VAT (exports are exempt from this tax).

  • Orders are placed via Email and WhatsApp. Browse our catalogs to find product codes and approximate weights.

  • The price per gram is calculated on the day your order is placed.

  • Minimum order for exports: 500g (½ kilo) and 5 units per design.

  • Since all jewelry is handmade, slight variations in color or finish may occur compared to the photos. Stone appearance and color tone may also vary depending on your screen or device. Please keep in mind that all materials are natural and color ranges can vary widely.

For wholesale purchases, we require a minimum order by unit quantity. Custom color combinations are also available under the following terms:

Color Customization

We accept up to 50% custom colors per order, with a minimum of 3 units per color per design.

Design Exclusivity For pieces designed by the client — not by Huallpa — we guarantee full exclusivity and confidentiality. We commit to never producing those designs for third parties. Any design submitted by the client remains strictly between Huallpa and the client.

Payment Terms An advance payment of approximately 50% is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due before shipment or delivery, plus any additional costs (shipping, certifications, etc.) as applicable.

Payment Methods International clients pay in USD or Peruvian Soles. We accept bank transfers, Western Union, Ria, online banking, or any other payment method agreed upon with us. All payment options are handled with maximum security.

Shipping

Domestic (Peru) Domestic shipments are handled via Olva Courier, Shalom, or another interprovincial courier service, depending on the agreement reached between Huallpa and the client.

International You choose your preferred shipping method according to current Incoterms — including pickup at our workshop, delivery to a local contact in Peru, or international courier shipment via DHL, SerPost, UPS, or FedEx to your destination country. We provide all documentation required by customs.

Delivery times vary by courier and destination country. Please consult us or your shipping agent before placing your order.

Returns

We recommend reviewing the product before completing your purchase. However, if the product has been shipped domestically or internationally, you have 10 calendar days from the date of pickup to report any issue and coordinate a return or exchange by contacting us directly via WhatsApp or email, specifying the reason for the return or change.
